This Is Us is an American family drama. The series follows the lives and families of two parents, and their three children, in several different time frames. It includes the story of Randall who was adopted at birth by a white couple. In Season 2, Deja was introduced. Deja has been in and out of the foster care system, but comes to live with Randall and his wife and they adopt her.
