The series follows the adventures of Din Djarin, a Madalorian bounty hunter who is sometimes called "Mando". He is an orphan character, rescued when he was young by Mandalorians during the Clone Wars. In this series, Mando rescues another orphan character, "The Child", a 50 year old toddler.
