Endeavour is a British television detective drama series. It is a prequel to the long-running Inspector Morse and, like that series, is set primarily in Oxford. Series 2, Episode 4 includes a story about child sexual abuse in a children's home. Series 6, Episode 1 includes a CEP character who is initially blamed for the murder of a small girl. Series 7, Episode 3 has a story of 2 young people orphaned as children. The female is now mentally unwell and the male is a serial killer.
