An adoptee, in this interview with Richard Fidler, Jeffrey Sellers talks about growing up in Detroit where he was well loved and supported in his interest in musical theatre. After he moved to New York, Seller worked as a booking agent and also produced a number of successful musicals. Most recently he has produced Hamilton and taken that to Australia where 250,000 tickets were sold out before the first preview of the show.

Children and young people in social care, and those who have left, are often subject to stigmatisation and discrimination. Being stigmatised and discriminated against can impact negatively on mental health and wellbeing not only during the care experience but often for many years after too. The project aims to contribute towards changing community attitudes towards care experienced people as a group.
