Good American Family (2025) is an American drama series based on the adoption of Ukrainian born Natalia Grace (Imogen Faith Reid), a child with dwarfism.

The series is inspired by a true story, that Natalia was abandoned by her adoptive parents, Kristine Barnett (Ellen Pompeo) and Michael Barnett (Mark Duplass).
